In compliance of the Vishakha Judgement of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of
India on “Addressing Sexual Harassment at the Workplace” the following
committee is being constituted to address complaints and conduct
enquiries in the event of a complaint. In the event that the complaint
is being made against a member of the committee, the Executive Director
is authorised to replace the member in the committee.
The Complaints
Committee will comprise: Ms Shweta Aggarwal, Programme Officer,
Chairperson and Convenor, Ms Ranjana
Kumari, Programme Officer, Mr Bhairu Lal Gurjar, Office Assistant and A
representative of VIVIDHA Women’s Resource Centre Jaipur.
For the
Benefit of All staff Members the Provisions of the Act are available as
part of the rules and regulations book of ARAVALI.
