Sector Reform Study
An evaluation study on ”Concurrent Reform Projects under Rural Water
Supply Programme” by Ministry of Rural Development in Jaipur, Sikar,
Alwar and Rajasmand Districts was taken up by ARAVALI this year. The
study aims at providing a qualitative and quantitative review of the
sector reform project in terms of community management of schemes;
involvement of community in planning, execution, operation and
maintenance; institutional arrangements and socio economic impact of the
project.
