This includes providing directives to a team based at various locations where partner organizations are based. His efforts in holding regular interface with donors, UN agencies, local government authorities, the church consortium partners and NGO partners had helped strengthening multiparty accountability. From April 2001 to August 2004 she worked as Village Institution Coordinator with Cohesion Foundation Rapar and from October 2005 she has worked as Programme Officer with Cohesion Foundation, Ahmedabad. Falguni was responsible there for institution building, micro finance, for incorporating gender aspects in programmes, promotion of farm and off -farm livelihoods and micro enterprises, and developing training modules.

Working as project coordinator of Forest development agency, Sehore, in implementation of National afforestation program he was closely associated with planning, implementation and monitoring of various actives of the of afforestation program. While working in IIFM-ITTO research cell he was actively involved in preparation of various technical documents on sustainable forest management. His interest areas are natural resource management, watershed management, forestry, common property resources and livelihood issues in natural resource management.

Gungun started work with Door Step School [DSS], Outreach Department of YMCA in Mumbai and in Goa Foundation in Goa, as Student Social Worker. She has completed documentation of various trainings the DSS staff had taken with the teachers of other organizations on teaching methods and practices. He also, worked with ARAVALI as PAVA intern and placed in Bharat Gyan Vigyan Samiti (BGVS), Rajsthan as programme coordinator. His effort was directed towards providing technical expertise and support to district level teams while ensuring effective management of the programme.

Later, he joined “The Livelihood School” promoted by BASIX as Faculty Associate. His effort was towards knowledge building and it’s dissemination around livelihood issues through flagship programme called Programme in Livelihood Promotion.

She has expertise in micro Finance, Action Research and Small Scale Entrepreneurship Promotion and varied experience of working in different socio cultural settings and in challenging regions of the country like Rajasthan, Maharastra, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand and West Bengal.
She has worked as a Field Executive with BASIX, Indore from April 06 to May 07 and after that she worked as an Executive with BASIX, Ranchi. Her key responsibility there was conducting participatory appraisal of organizations and assessing requirement of services of MFIs and CB MFIs.
