From October 2003- February 2005 worked in Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, New Delhi in Natural Resource Management Unit as a full time consultant executing two projects in Rajasthan State under “ Green Corps- volunteers for Water Harvesting” Programme.
One based on Watershed Development in 28 villages of Jamua Ramgadh Tehsil, Dist: Jaipur funded by Royal Danish Embassy, (DANIDA), New Delhi .
Another project based on Community based Water- Harvesting work in three districts of Alwar, Dausa and Karauli funded by Ford Foundation.

As Partner Support Officer in Catholic Relief Services Rajasthan had been to oversee and ensure the quality dimension of program being implemented across 11 districts of Rajasthan. This includes providing directives to a team based at various locations where partner organizations are based. His efforts in holding regular interface with donors, UN agencies, local government authorities, the church consortium partners and NGO partners had helped strengthening multiparty accountability. He was also with the Child Fund-India overseeing the Basic Education, Early Childhood Education and Child Agency programme with 7 partner NGOs. He worked as a PME (Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation) coordinator in a Plan International supported Child Sponsorship programme.
